“Train to Busan Presents: Peninsula” is a survival-thriller film that that takes place several years after the first film and in the midst of a full zombie apocalypse.
A group of soldiers are sent on a mission back to the Korean peninsula to recover a valuable item. On their trip, they meet survivors and their lives unexpectedly entangle with them as they struggle to escape the peninsula to safety once more.
The new film stars A-list actor Gang Dong Won (“Illang: The Wolf Brigade”), Lee Jung Hyun (“The Battleship Island”) and Lee Re (“Hope”).
