SHINee celebrates 17 years since their debut with a sentimental gift for fans! “Poet | Artist” was written and co-composed by Jonghyun, and it was also the title of his posthumous solo album back in 2018. The electro pop song sings about bringing literary and poetic freedom beyond pieces of art and into everyday life.

Katherine grew up watching Korean dramas and other Asian shows. Although she first learned to appreciate Korean music through OSTs broadcasted locally in the early 2000s, it wasn’t until 2011 that she properly paid attention to K-pop.
