EXO‘s Baekhyun is back with his fifth mini-album, Essence of Reverie, along with a music video for its dance pop R&B title track, “Elevator!” The EP’s concept is about standing between ideals and reality, between Baekhyun as how the public perceives him and his authentic self, and the emotions that he wants to express regarding this.

Katherine grew up watching Korean dramas and other Asian shows. Although she first learned to appreciate Korean music through OSTs broadcasted locally in the early 2000s, it wasn’t until 2011 that she properly paid attention to K-pop.
