Superstar Lee Joon Gi Appears On Running Man With Kang Ha Neul And Hong Jong Hyun

It seems like every star wants to appear on Running Man, whether they are a little known actor or singer or even one of the biggest Hallyu stars in the world. This week, mega famous celebrity Lee Joon Gi appeared on the show as a guest, along with his “Scarlet Heart: Ryeo” cast mates Kang Ha Neul and Hong Jong Hyun.

Keeping with the concept of historical dramas, the episode started off with the Running Man members and guests dressed in traditional, royal court apparel. The king appears and declares he will abdicate the throne and seek a successor. In order to find out who is the best, he sends them to the future to compete in a variety of tests.

Despite his level of fame, Lee Joon Gi showed a very laid-back, quirky personality with plenty of smiles to charm the other members and audience. Kang Ha Neul displayed a very shy side as he cringed over Lee Joon Gi’s intense acting and by having to pretend to walk through portals to transport to the next place. He was highly entertained the entire day by the Running Man members and their antics, showing off his bright smile and laugh. Hong Jong Hyun has appeared on Running Man before and it showed in his actions. He was very comfortable in the games and displayed a very competitive side. From being very quick and agile to using his athletic strength, he even gave “Mr. Capable” a run for his money.

The guests took plenty of pictures and shared them via their SNS accounts. The following was posted by Lee Joon Gi (@actor_JG) on Instagram.
