“Monster” is a medium tempo pop dance track with a dark and sultry feel, singing about the being a nightmarish figure who will haunt someone in their sleep and rendering them unable to escape.
Originally set to drop at the same time as their album, the music video’s release was changed from July 6th at 6 p.m. KST to 8 p.m. KST before eventually moved to July 7th at 12 p.m. KST. Their mini album itself was also scheduled to debut last month, on June 15th, before a statement was issued about a need to further improve on its production.
These delays, especially the lateness of the music video, stoked a flood of emotions from excited fans who were dismayed by the sudden and repeated changes of plans.
Monster features six tracks for fans to enjoy, including a special solo song for Seulgi called “Uncover.” Another single off their new album called “Naughty” is set to promoted as a follow-up track after “Monster” so stay tuned!

Katherine has been an ELF since 2010. She reads just about anything and is raising a pride of demanding cats. She’s been cold and sleepy these past few days, wondering if she really needs to go to work. Being poor and asleep sounds more and more appealing by the moment. But there are cats to feed so too bad for her.
