WATCH: DAY6 Laments About Love In “Zombie” Comeback MV

On May 11th at 6 p.m. KST, JYP Entertainment‘s DAY6 revealed their sixth mini-album and dropped the music video for their latest title track, “Zombie.”

It was co-written by members Young K and Wonpil while Jae and Hong Jisang both helped with its composition. The song channels the despair of feeling hopelessly trapped in a desolate cycle. Meanwhile, the music video follows a young worker as he goes monotonously through his day in a zombie-like daze.

The Book of Us:The Demon is the third installment of the band’s “The Book of Us” series. The album follows the concept of emotional instability and features a total of eight tracks.

Yesterday, on May 10th KST, JYP Entertainment announced that DAY6 will be taking a break to recover from anxiety. Although their comeback release will go on as scheduled, all group promotions will be suspended until further notice.

DAY6 previously returned with their third full-length Korean studio album The Book of Us:Entropy and lead single “Sweet Chaos” in October 2019.
